Looking for a chicken enchilada recipe from Avon!?

My mother makes this awesome enchilada recipe, well she doesn’t really follow a recipe, that’s my problem! She said it was from an Avon cookbook, and I know it has Cream Cheese in it… it is soooo good! Please help

I recall Avon selling Better Homes and Gardens cookbooks in years past and it looked similar to this one http://www.amazon.com/Better-Homes-Gardens-Cook-Binder/dp/0696000113 although there are several editions to this book I have been an Avon rep for several years now and do recall this one in particular being sold. The link is the 2003 edition so you may want to ask your mother how old her Cook Book is and if you have to look for a more recent edition.
