Directbuy of Buffalo Donates Foosball Table to William C. Baird Boys & Girls Club
Made by one of the finest foosball manufacturers, the regulation-size foosball table retails for around $600. DirectBuy of Buffalo Co-Owner Mark Klinger delivered the table to the William C. Baird Clubhouse, located at 2061 Bailey Avenue in Buffalo.
“To us, being a member of the Buffalo business community also means being a member of the community in general, just like our members,” said Klinger. “So when we make a donation to a place like the William C. Baird, we’re not only helping out a worthwhile cause, but one that probably benefits our members, their families and their friends and neighbors, and that’s always worthwhile.”
The William C. Baird Boys & Girls Clubhouse is a non-profit organization that depends on the generosity and financial support of the community to help it fulfill its commitment to enriching the lives of individuals, strengthening families and building inclusive communities. The Boys & Girls Club’s mission is provide appropriate and diversified programs and activities that serve to attract and hold area youth to the Clubhouse, providing an environment that teaches children the skills needed to build positive lives, attitudes and behaviors.

Baird Boys& Girls Clubhouse,” said Danielle Judge-Johnson, director of Resource Development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo. “I’d like to thank Mr. Klinger for this thoughtful gesture and generous donation, which will both draw and excite the kids.”
Since 1926, Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo has been in the forefront of youth development, working with young people from disadvantaged economic, social, and family circumstances. Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo serves 8,000 youth between the ages of 6-18, providing them not only a place to hang out after school, but a safe haven that allows them to develop into young adults with the necessary skills and sense of self to succeed.
